Itineraries
Day 1
First Day
Begin your day with an early hotel pickup, heading to the airport for a swift one-hour flight to Izmir. Upon landing, our representatives will warmly welcome you and escort you to our office in Selcuk town. At 9:30 a.m, embark on an enriching full-day excursion to Ephesus. Led by a knowledgeable guide, immerse yourself in the ancient ruins, marveling at iconic landmarks such as the Temple of Artemis, the Amphitheater, and the still-functioning Celsius Library. Explore remnants of the once-flourishing city, including the revered House of the Virgin Mary, concluding your tour around 5 p.m. Following this, board a bus bound for your accommodation in Pamukkale.
Day 2
Second Day
Following a nourishing breakfast, set out on an extensive day tour encompassing Hierapolis, Philadelphia, Sardis, and Thyatira. Your journey commences at Hierapolis, where you'll uncover the Asklepion, the acropolis, and notable sites like the temple of Athena and the Altar of Zeus. After a satisfying lunch, venture to Thyatira, renowned for its church members' steadfastness against prevailing ideologies. The tour progresses to Sardis, once a vibrant hub of ancient Lydia, where you'll explore landmarks like the temple of Cybele and Diana, the synagogue, and the gymnasium. Concluding this leg, proceed to Philadelphia, founded during the reign of Attalus II. At day's end, transfer to your accommodation in Bergama.
Day 3
Third Day
Commence your day with a hearty breakfast at your hotel before embarking on a captivating exploration of the ancient ruins of Pergamon. Your itinerary includes a visit to the Asclepion and Health Centre, followed by a journey to the awe-inspiring Acropolis. Highlights along the way include the Red Basilica, originally dedicated to Serapis, and the remarkable theater nestled into the hillside. Subsequently, proceed to Izmir for a tour encompassing the church of St. Polycarp, Kadifecale (Mount Pagos), and remnants of an ancient agora. You have the option to spend the night in Izmir or opt for a transfer to the airport for a return flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival, our representatives will greet you at the airport and facilitate your transfer back to your hotel.
